You know, I was able to use all but one of the hair pieces!  A MIRACLE. I will send you a sample disk of the photo shoot by weeks end. You will surely enjoy the finished product. Without your patient help, the shoot result would have been completely inferrior, THE HAIR WORKED BIGTIME!!!  I simply cannot thank you enough for your assistance.  I did refer my models to your store. I don’t believe it – my ponytail arrived this morning!! Talk about superspeedy service - And we had a Bank holiday yesterday (Monday, 3 May), and the Post Office was closed! That is better service than we have in-country in the UK.

The ponytail is beautiful (not quite the shade of my hair, but never fear – when I have fresh colour on my hair it will be very close – I’m a little –ahem!- brassy right now!!) and the packaging is so carefully done. Wow – you guys really deliver. I have been telling my friends about how friendly your Customer Service is – now I will be telling them just how fast it is.
